How long does shipping take?

Average delivery times are around 13-days or less, select items may take longer.  A tracking number shall be provided via email once your shipping order has been processed. Please use your order tracking number received via email with our websites "Order Tracking" section.

Can I order products for delivery outside the US?

The short response is no, not currently. While we value the opportunity to share our product brand with the world, we currently only deliver to the United States and all of it's domestic territories.

How may I track my order placed?

A tracking number shall be provided via email once your shipping order has been processed. Once you have received that tracking number associated with your order then see to our "Order Tracking" tab section.

How may I request a return, or refund?

We have a 14-day money back guarantee return policy, which means you have up to and not exceeding 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. Please see to our "Order History & Cancellation" section located on our "Order Tracking" tab, and our Refund Policy for more info.

Once your request for a refund has been approved it shall take up to, but not exceed 15x business days for the refund to return to your financial account. Funds are typically made available to your account within 10x business days. In the event that you have not received your refund or return please contact us immediately so we may make it right.
